Honestly I've never heard about this brand before until their advertisement for their new Vancouver flagship store popped up. I was looking for a new travel backpack and after an extensive research on the brand I took the plunge. Excellent service and overall experience. I can tell you the backpack is really well made and the quality shows. This was made to last and I have already started recommending to friends. Also I am supporting a local company.
